Coach Sheri's keynotes topics center around the topics of success, motivation, achievement, and living
abundantly.Coach Sheri has a dramatic life story which begins at the point where she came home from school as a junior in
high school to discover her fifteen year old brother after his suicide death. For seven year following the tragic death of
her brother, she floundered living in grief and depression. Gradually, she found her way back to living a successful
and joy filled life. Her journey inspired her book- Keys to Living Joyfully and the cornerstone
of her coaching practice. That each of us are made to live in joy and happiness. Success quickly follows when people are living
their true joy. Coach Sheri lives happily in Colorado with her three children, three step children and her husband of 17 years.
She has her Master's degree in Organizational Management and has studied coaching with coaching greats Michele Caron, Mary
Allen and Eva Gregory. Coach Sheri also has lived her life solidly grounded in spirituality. If
